This Privacy Policy describes how Black Mirror Lab ("we", "us", or "our") handles your information in connection with the Gestione Officine 360 OL Auto iOS application ("App").
Gestione Officine 360 OL Auto does not collect any personal data from users. All data you enter into the App (work orders, client information, vehicle records, technician names, financial data) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
All App data is saved on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults and the device file system). This data remains under your full control at all times. If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently removed from your device.
The App may request access to your photo library and camera to allow you to attach vehicle acceptance photos to work orders. These photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded or shared externally.
The App may request permission to send local push notifications to remind you of upcoming vehicle deadlines (inspections, insurance renewals, etc.). These notifications are generated entirely on-device and do not involve any external server.
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) managed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Subscription management is handled by Apple. For more information, see Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.
We do not use any third-party analytics services. No usage data, crash reports, or behavioral data is collected or transmitted.
The App is intended for professional use by adults. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
