QuickQuote Pro helps contractors create estimates, invoices, job folders, photos, subcontractor lists, client records, and payment notes. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.
All app data — job folders, estimates, invoices, client names, job addresses, site notes, business branding, logo images, subcontractor contact details, payment records, and job photos — is stored locally on your iPhone using iOS on-device storage. This data is not transmitted to any server operated by QuickQuote Pro.
If you choose to take or attach job photos, those images are stored locally on your device to document job-site conditions, materials, before-and-after photos, and reference details. The app requests access to your camera and photo library only when you initiate a photo action. Photos are not uploaded or shared by the app without your explicit action.
If you use the voice-to-text feature in the field translator, the app requests microphone access and uses Apple's on-device speech recognition (SFSpeechRecognizer) to convert spoken words to text. This feature is used solely for contractor-to-crew translation support and note-taking. It is not certified legal translation. Audio is processed using Apple's frameworks and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
The app requests approximate location access (accuracy: three kilometers) solely to display local weather conditions on the Today tab, helping you plan outdoor jobs and crew logistics. Location data is passed to the Open-Meteo weather API to retrieve a forecast. It is not stored by QuickQuote Pro or shared with any other party.
In-app subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. QuickQuote Pro does not receive, store, or process your payment card number or any billing information. Purchase receipts and entitlement verification are managed by Apple.
The app lets you share estimate and invoice PDFs using Apple's standard sharing sheet (Messages, Mail, AirDrop, or other installed apps). All sharing is initiated by you; the app does not send files automatically.
QuickQuote Pro does not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or tracking libraries. No usage data, crash logs, or behavioral data is collected by the app developer.
QuickQuote Pro does not sell, rent, or trade contractor, client, job, invoice, photo, subcontractor, or any other user data to any third party.
All data is stored on your device. You can delete the app at any time to remove all associated local data. There is no server-side account or cloud backup managed by QuickQuote Pro.
QuickQuote Pro is designed for professional use by contractors and tradespeople. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
If this privacy policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
