Black Mirror Lab ("we", "us", "our") operates SRP Host Freedom (the "App"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: Email address and password used for host login — stored locally on your device only via iOS UserDefaults.
- Property data: Property names, door codes, Wi-Fi credentials, house rules, and guest names you enter — stored locally on your device only.
- Conversation data: Messages in the guest AI chat are processed on-device and stored locally. No messages are sent to external servers.
- Photos & videos: Images and videos you upload are saved to your device's local document storage only. We do not upload media to any server.
- Usage data: Basic anonymous metrics may be collected to improve app stability. This data does not identify you personally.
2. Data We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment card numbers or financial information.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
- We do not store guest personal information on external servers.
3. Data Storage
All property, guest, and communication data is stored locally on your iOS device using Apple's UserDefaults and local file system. You control your data entirely. Deleting the app removes all data permanently.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may use Apple's push notification system (APNs) to deliver host alerts. Apple's privacy policy applies to this service. We use no other third-party data services.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
6. Your Rights
You may delete all app data at any time by deleting the App from your device. For questions or data requests, contact us at legal@blackmirrorlab.com.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
